CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: By booking your appointment, you agree to all booking and cancellation policies. We value your time and to ensure we give each client our undivided and uninterrupted attention, we operate by-appointment only. We charge a 30% fee from the card on file for late cancellations within 24 hrs from the scheduled appointment time or no-shows. To avoid a $25 rebooking fee, rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Clients are allowed one reschedule per session; after the first reschedule, a $25 rebooking fee will apply to book a new appointment. We have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and a rebooking fee will apply. Multiple cancellations or no-shows will result in no longer being able to book any future appointments at the spa. All deposits are 100% non-refundable, no exceptions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
